Shakira has used her talents as a consultant for companies in the healthcare and technology space, and has worked with multiple Fortune 500 companies. She has supported a variety of reputable health systems, hospitals, and local medical offices. Her thorough understanding of business, financial, and technology principles and practices make her a perfect fit for organizations needing to improve processes, increase cost efficiency, and drive better outcomes. Shakira understands that healthcare needs innovative transformation, and as the leader of Kai Marie Group, she strives to leverage the power of digital transformation to create positive change in the healthcare space.
Shakira received her BS in Healthcare Administration from California State University Long Beach. She is ITIL V3 Foundations Certified, and is an avid member of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society.
